Space & expertise to heal
& nurture your inner world.

I am Natalie, a humanistic psychotherapist working primarily in Stratford Upon Avon, Leamington Spa & online.
I provide a secure, nurturing, and compassionate space to explore challenges in relationships, parenthood, and family life. Often, issues like anxiety, low self-esteem, anger, or depression resurface until they’re understood at their root.
Through our therapeutic connection, we’ll explore all aspects of who you are — including the parts you may have hidden away. Together, we’ll uncover your blind spots, meet your shadow parts, and bring compassion to every layer of yourself.
Therapy doesn’t have to be heavy — it can be creative, dynamic, and deeply rewarding. My approach is person-centered, meaning our sessions are guided by you, at your pace.
Ultimately, our work together leads to stronger, healthier relationships — both with yourself and others.
Qualifications & Experience
Extensive experience supporting parents with neurodiversity, identity challenges, postnatal and prenatal depression or anxiety, PTSD and trauma, childhood abuse and neglect, and relationship stress.
Trauma-Informed
I understand the deep and lasting effects of childhood or past trauma. Our sessions move entirely at your pace — ensuring safety, trust, and stability before we explore anything challenging. You will never be pushed to discuss anything before you’re ready. Together, we’ll also explore healthy boundaries — both within therapy and in your wider relationships.
Neurodiversity-Affirming
I work with a flexible, tailored approach to support clients with neurodiverse needs such as ADHD or autism. My aim is to create a space where you feel fully understood and accepted.
Mindfulness-Based
Alongside deeper exploration, I incorporate mindfulness tools to help you regulate emotions, quieten self-criticism, and stay grounded — both in and between sessions.

I support adults with a wide range of emotional, relational and internal experiences.
Anxiety & Overwhelm
Including overthinking, panic, emotional flooding or shutdown.
Low Self-Worth & Identity
Exploring confidence, shame, self-image, or feeling “not enough.”
Childhood Experiences & Inner-Child Work

Relationship & Family Dynamics
Repeating patterns, attachment issues, parenthood challenges, communication difficulties.

What is the difference between counselling and psychotherapy?
Counselling often focuses on specific issues or challenges happening in the present, while psychotherapy explores deeper emotional patterns and experiences that may have developed over time. Both aim to support your wellbeing and both can overlap at various points.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
People come to therapy for many different reasons — stress, anxiety, numbness, grief, life changes, relationship difficulties, or simply wanting to understand themselves better. If you’re feeling stuck or struggling to cope, therapy can offer a safe space to talk things through and find new ways forward.
What happens in the first session?
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to achieve, and how I work. There’s no pressure at all but simply getting to know each other and making a start 😊
How long does therapy last?
The number of sessions varies for each person. Some people benefit from short-term work (6–12 sessions), while others prefer longer-term therapy to explore things more deeply. We’ll review your progress regularly and you can stop / pause at any time.
What is Inner Child Healing?
Inner child healing is a gentle therapeutic process that helps you reconnect with the younger parts of yourself — the parts that may have felt unseen, unheard, or hurt in the past. By acknowledging and nurturing your inner child, you can begin to heal old wounds, build self-compassion, and develop a stronger sense of emotional resilience. It’s a powerful way to understand how early experiences shape your current thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
How often will we meet?
Sessions are usually held weekly or fortnightly at the same time each week to maintain consistency, though this can be flexible depending on your circumstances.
Is everything I say confidential?
Yes. What you share in therapy is confidential. The only exceptions are if there’s a risk of serious harm to yourself or others, or if I’m legally required to share information. We’ll discuss this fully in your first session, so you know exactly what to expect.
Do you offer online or in-person sessions?
Yes, I offer both. You can choose to meet in person or online via a secure video platform — whichever feels most comfortable and accessible for you.
How much does each session cost?
Sessions are £80 per 50-minute session. A limited number of concession spaces may be available — please ask if this would be helpful.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less notice are charged in full.
What issues can you help with?
I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, family or relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, trauma, and personal growth. Together, we’ll explore your experiences at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you.
Do I need to be in crisis?
No, therapy is for growth, self-discovery, and support at any stage.
What if I’m not sure what I need?
That’s completely okay. Many people start from this place. Often through exploring together, different patterns and experiences start to emerge.
